Great service and great people!
My wife and I switched to Eagle Cleaners several years ago, and was a GREAT decision. Victor, and Rupa are both very pleasant, put customers first, and simply run a First Class business. Wouldn't go anywhere else!!
IS THIS HOW you treat MEDICAL PROVIDERS (at THIS TIME ??!!) by keeping their WORK clothes hostage for 3 weeks??????????nShame. Will not be back.nPicked up today, (after playing phone tags-they don’t even have a voicemail set up!), the indian lady acted like I was stealing from her - paying $ 50!!!nDO NOT recommend.
If I could give this place negative stars I would. We dropped off our comforter to get dry cleaned and when we picked it up I am 100% sure that the comforter that they gave us is the correct one. Our was not thin like this one and did not feel like a cheap crappy comforter. Our was expensive and soft and fluffy. This is rough and thin. I will NEVER use this place. I will go out of my way to make sure people know this place is terrible and steals your money and your stuff. The owner told me they never make a mistake which is a lie because they obviously did. I know what my comforter feels like and the one that they told me is mine is not mine. I just want my comforter back or money to buy another one. This cheap one is not what I bought when I purchased my actually comforter. This is completely wrong of them to give us the wrong one and tell me I’m wrong when I pick it up and see that this is definitely not mine.
They ruined two of my shirts and refused to take responsibility or refund me for the damage. They also leave holes in shirts from using pins.
