Ruined a very expensive jacket of ours and then refused to replace it, offering us only half the value of it. Jenny was totally unreasonable offering us documents from 1988 from Nordstrom’s telling us they would replace it. The coat was purchased for 1000 dollars and is no longer available, we’re new to the area and this was our first dry cleaning trip and I assured her that by treating us this way they have lost much more than 1000 dollars worth of business. Very disappointed.nnAssured us that they followed the instructions on the jacket but doesn’t have any documentation to prove it.

DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING HERE. If a gentleman by the name of Victor offers to help you run the other way. I took a blanket to them to have cleaned. I've had this for almost 40 years and there is no way to replace it. Especially if it came from your now deceased grandfather from Korea. No one admitted fault even though they had possession of my property, and no one apologized. They also don't issue refunds on the spot either. So I had to pay for the privilege of this happening to me. Go to a locally owned and operated business that will appreciate you and respect your property. If you want more detail I will be making a formal complaint to the BBB. You can read it all on there.

I have used this cleaner now three or four times.nI can tell you that Starcrest is a step above the rest when it comes to customer service and satisfaction. Their employees also seem to truly care and want to make a positive impact. I have yet to be less than completely satisfied with this company and this specific location. I will continue to use this dry cleaner for any and all services they offer which I require.
