I called Roto Rooter for the first time after another local plumber canceled on me at the last minute. They quickly scheduled the appointment. I received a text with the plumber’s picture and info. The plumber called me when he was en route to my house. The plumber was very friendly and did a great job at a reasonable price. The entire experience was great and I would call them again in a heartbeat.
Joey came out to help unclog our sump pit. He was nothing but helpful, informative and courteous. I would definitely recommend using his services again. All around great guy and he gave it 110% the entire time he was here. Even though the sump line was clogged he gave me a few ideas on how to bypass it, one of those ideas I did use and it works great now.nnThanks again for helping my wife and I.nThe Wolf's
I usually don't give 5 stars because there's usually room for at least a little improvement, but honestly I can't think of anything about their service that could have been better. We had the opportunity to utilize the services of Mickey Barnard. Our kitchen sink drain was leaking in the basement. Top notch and very professional. Really affordable and the plumber’s customer service was top notch. Definitely highly recommend them. If I need another plumbing job performed, I’m definitely calling them. Every other company I called for service on a Friday evening said that they couldn’t fit us in until the following Tuesday, Wednesday but they were able to get us right in over the weekend at a low price. Call this place if you are needing any plumbing job performed. Very reasonable on pricing and did a great job
