The lady on nights is rude as can be and a total daralic of her sanitation responsibilities on nights and don't ask for a soda they won't have it or the customer service lady acts as if your asking her to do some repetative physical labor. Totally has turned into the worse gaming parlor in Jacksonville hands down. When I go to an establishment like this, to spend a nice chunk of change, I have expectations, being treated politely by customer service having soda stocked. I don't believe I have set the bar so high these trevil expectations can't be met.
