On a scale of 1-10 I give them 100!!!! I have NEVER had such OUTSTANDING customer service!!! I needed my granddaughter's formal dinner/dance pressed in a timely manner. Alison offered to pick up the dress from my home, as I did not have a car available, to ensure the dress would be ready for the special occasion! I also had the opportunity to meet the owner who was just as WONDERFUL, when I picked up the dress!! I should mention that this was second dress purchased as first was damaged and had to be returned. The owner offered invaluable advice on return of first dress and receiving credit for any additional charges associated with the purchase of first dress. Vogue Cleaners provides EXCEPTIONAL service and care!!
Love the personable friendly staff. They are always on time and do a class job with all my suits and jackets. Fair price for our location. Plus the place doesn't have that overpowering dry cleaner smell.nThey have a drive thru too!
The woman working up front is very friendly and willing to go the extra mile to satisfy clients. Great service!
