We had a sump pump replaced by Yuri. He was knowledgeable, efficient, on-time, and cleaned everything up. He took the time to answer all of my questions. I am so pleased with this company - I have found my new plumber!
Fantastic service. Yuri was very knowledgeable, friendly, and competent. I had a water pressure booster pump installed quickly and with high quality. The pre-appointment alert and location tracking is a huge plus to help understand exactly when they will show up.
Yuri was great. Very quick and efficient in replacing 4 old shut off valves in our bathroom. He raised our shower head too and overall the amount spent was completely worth it. Highly recommend and will be using them going forward.
Drain and Plumbing services has done sump pump work for us in the past that was professional and priced fairly but this project was more complicated. I needed an under-mount kitchen sink replaced without damaging the counter. Their plumbers came out the first time to see if it was do-able and then they came out again to take measurements to help me find the right replacement sink. The sink took 2 visits to install but the work quality is great. They repaired the cabinet that needed to be taken apart to get the old sink out as well. I'm so pleased with the work and the professionalism of the plumbers. I would definitely recommend this company!
I have used Drain and Plumbing Services to replace my sump pump, fix a shower and unclog a complicated sewer issue (after two other companies could not). They were extremely professional and quick at a reasonable price. They are my new ‘go to’ plumbers. I highly recommend them.
