The best service. The great people who work here really treat you right. They make you feel like you are wanted. The sandwiches are fresh and tasty. Well done.
So this starts off “eh” and ends very well. I ordered two subs via mobile. Got home and realized one of the subs was prepared wrong. I called this store and spoke with the manager. She told me they would make a new sub for me, but wanted me to bring the old one in. I thought that was a little interesting, but thought then again they probably get people trying to get free food all the time. So I brought back the sub that was made wrong. The manager confirmed it was made wrong, explained her reasoning, let me keep the sub made wrong, prepared me the right sub, and gave me a gift card for an entire free meal.nnThis manager had terrific customer service and turned a bad situation that could have been handled poorly into a positive situation that added a very loyal customer.nnWell done!
I agree with Bertha. I think her point is that when you charge $14 for a sandwich, you should offer cheese, oil & vinegar, salt & pepper in the same price. Your response is not very encouraging. You are part of the problem at your shop!!!
Very disappointed! I ordered a $14 tuna sub and they wanted to charge me extra for cheese. No other sub place has asked charged me extra. They don't add pepper either. They give you the little packages for you to add the pepper.
