I've used them twice and have had great service and results both times. Applied Carpet Specialists were our guys and they brought the truck so it was a deeper cleaning than the individual machines. We had two rooms and one large area rug. They were early to the house and got the job done expeditiously and were super nice. We'll definitely be using them every 6 months to keep our upholstery in tip top shape! It's a must! Thanks guys!
Dan and the crew were puntual and was very professional explaining everything he was going to do to as well as informing me of some hidden stains I hadn’t even noticed. I never felt pressured to add any of the extra services he suggested but did because I felt he was genuinely trying to make my carpets look like new. Would highly recommend Applied Carpet Specialists.
Wonderful experience. The person who set up the appointment was very friendly and helpful. The techs who came and did the job were friendly, efficient, and well kept. They were prompt in getting here. And did an excellent job. Would call Applied Carpet Specialists again if their services are needed and would recommend them to others.
Applied Carpet Specialists is amazing! Everybody I spoke or dealt with was extremely helpful and professional. They are very thorough in their work. Great customer service. They arrived on time and completed the job as promised. Our carpet came out looking much better than I could have imagined. We also had out tile grout clean and the floor looks brand new. I would recommend Applied Carpet Specialists .Thanks guys.
