As a response to my previous post and Crestfield Cleaners reply, the cleaner blame me verbally and publicly as a response to my review on google and made an assumption that it is my sweat produced during my job presentations resulted in blue stains on the dress. Not to say how UNETHICAL it is to reveal client details and make wrong assumptions about someone physiology in relation to their job. The cleaner refused to consider that maybe a wrong chemical was used on the garment which resulted in staining because the dress had no stains prior to cleaning. By the way I don't do any presentations or even wore this garment to work (that was a general example I gave to the cleaner employee), that is sad that Crestfield Cleaners can be so unethical and have no values of quality work or responsibility for it.nnKind regard,nDr. IS.

I've been using these cleaners for about a year and a half. So far, they have always delivered on time. I have gone there for alterations and dry cleaning. To top it all off they are affordable and always remember my name!
