I am in The Networking Group (www.the networking group.biz) with Larry Rosenthal ( owner). I knew that they cleaned carpets but needed the flood tile grout in my basement and several bathrooms cleaned ( and I was not about to get on my knees and scrub for endless hours!). Larry’s associates came over, check it out, and I got an estimate the same day. We scheduled, they show up on time, made sure they did not damage my newly refinished hardwood floors, and brought 20 year old grout back to life. His people are courteous, professional, concerned about your satisfaction, and spotless. I couldn’t be more happy with their service and end product.

Unique did a fantastic job on our sofa, where an ill cat of ours had decide to pee. They worked at it for a really long time, and when they left it was cleaners than any previous service had left it. What's more, Larry talked me out of cleaning the carpet in an area where this same cat had peed, and suggested we rip the carpet out instead, treat the floor and install new carpet. He gave us full instructions on how to do that, and it worked.nSuch nice (and enthusiastic!) people.

My carpeting is old, and a long summer of trampling on it made it a challenge to clean. I have used other hot water extractor companies before with mediocre results, but tried Unique's shampoo then extract method this year. The difference is amazing, only the most heavily used traffic area are completely clean. The crew worked hard to get it as clean as possible. I will use them again next year for sure.

This was the most professional crew I have ever had do this type of work.nThey arrived on the minute of the appointment. They surveyed the work to be done and they were off. They did an amazing job on my favorite rug in the entry way as well as one out side the dining room. Stains gone!nThey service everything through the truck outside, so they do not use a utility sink for dirty water.nI will never use another company again.nThanks guys!
