Our carpet care associate, just left. We hired Bravo Carpet Specialists after my neighbor had her house done and it was by far the best cleaning I have seen. The same is true for the work at my house.James was friendly, professional, communicative about the pricing and thorough. He took his time on the walk-through when he arrived and made sure the job would pass the white glove inspection-and the best scent.HIGHLY recommend this company.
Bravo Carpet Specialists did a wonderful job on my new house and the condo I just sold. They were easy to book, great pricing and showed up on time. I had some continued odor issues with a couple old rugs I had them cleaned, Bravo Carpet Specialists guy showed up and cleaned them again at no charge. The extra cleaning did the trick and the musty old smell has completely dissapeared. Highly reccomend this company and how professional they are. I will have them back each year for thorough cleaning!
We had our carpet cleaned by these guys and it looks great and smells fresh. They were friendly,professional and a pleasure to deal with.They were very thorough and were able to remove all the stains from the carpet. I was also very amazed by how it dried fast. I will definitely use them again.
James called and let me know he was on his way. He walked me through what he was going to do and gave me the price. As he was cleaning the carpet and things came up, he would stop and explain what he was doing to the carpet. He worked very hard to get stains out and our carpet looks great. He was very friendly. We will definitely use Bravo Carpet Specialists again and recommend the company.
Bravo Carpet Specialists did an AWESOME job. I've lived in my apartment for going on three years now, which means three years of dog paw dirt, dog fur, people dirt, and regular wear and tear. My carpet looks as amazing after they did the day I moved in, even the worse spots. Very, very pleased with their work!
