I had used this line to go to and from the city without an issue. I was on the last train home and fell asleep. I missed my stop , and in a furry raced out of the train. My wallet must have slipped out of my pants, and was left on the train. I called their lost and found and one of the staff on the train had recovered and taken it to Union station. There is still hope for great honest people in this world. Thank you for having integrity.

Big Timber station is a mess. The platform has been under construction all summer, most days nothing happens at all. Just like the rest of metra, a big retirement plan.

While I think the parking surface could be improved the race to get out of the parking lot isn't Metra's fault and happens at pretty much ever metra parking lot during rush hours and to be honest not sure why. If you sit in you car for a couple of minutes and then leave it's smooth sailing. Lots of parking and great to be end of line as the train cars are waiting for you - and when the weather is bad that's a good thing
