Tom's Plumbing does excellent quality work. They show up on time. Explain the problems and what needs to be done to fix them and they do all this at a reasonable price. I have Never have any problems with the city when they see Tom's Plumbing's name on a job because they know it was done right.
Tom's Plumbing has provided amazing service and very responsive. They put in a new water heater and took out the old galvanized piping and put in cooper. They worked with the City of Elgin on water pressure issues and talked directly to that dept on what was needed. That was so welcomed since not many businesses will do that and make the customer be the middle person. The whole process at this point has been an ease and at no point overwhelming based on the task in hand.
My kitchen sink was clogged and draining into the bathtub. I called Tom's & they had someone at my house the next day. The plumber (Mike) quickly found the issue & fixed it within 30 minutes! Very reasonable price too. We will definitely use Tom's again!
