The website is listed as 24 hour emergency service. THATS A LIE. I have a backup in my basement and called All Suburban. The woman that answered the phone did not identify herself and was extremely rude. Stated they had no crews and hung up on me. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE...except not really!

I recently had called All Suburban Emergency Plumbing & Power Rodding to take care of a sewer backup line that produced some water in my basement. They arrived the next morning exactly when I was told they would arrive. Sam and Mike were the plumbers who arrived and they were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous to me and my home. What I was impressed with the most was Sam and Mike's precautions during this Pandemic. Both gentlemen wore masks and gloves from the minute they pulled into my driveway to the time they left. They cleaned the areas they worked in thoroughly and thoughtfully. They used tarps and towels to when working to also keep my carpet and walls clean while they rodded my sewer line from the clean out spot which is in my home. I would absolutely call these guys back for future needs as again I was very impressed with their service and care for me the customer. Thank you Mike and Sam, you guys were great!

I would highly recommend All Suburban plumbing. Nicole answered the phone and was very kind she made my appointment and was able to have Mike and his co-worker (I forgot his name, I think Steve) come out within an hour on a cold Saturday afternoon to rod a 4 unit building and also took a look around our property to assess for future rodding. They are fairly priced and we look forward to working with them for our other 8 units! Thank you so much for all your great work. I would recommend you over and over again.

0 stars female answering phones needs to get an attitude check. Had to cancel my appointment and she was quick to rush me off the phone. I then asked her what the availability is for the next day she says I don't know I'll call you in the morning. I say you've been a great help. She then calls me back and says I didn't appreciate that so I've banned you from getting work done from us. WHAT A JOKE!!!!! Don't like what you do get a new job!
