Restore Plumbing and Drain

Literally the only plumber I called that was eager to help us and come out quickly. Dan was fabulous, very professional and thorough. I highly recommend Restore Plumbing and Drain. They will be our go to plumbers from here on out.nnUpdate 12/11/20 - We had a leak in our bathroom which was renovated a few years ago from the toilet. We thought it was just the seal, but Dave discovered that at some point the toilet itself had been cracked and someone had attempted to repair it, so we needed a new toilet. Not exactly the news we were hoping to hear! The price points were a little above what we could afford at the moment, and we were getting ready to go look for a toilet when Dave came in with a solution that worked out wonderfully. Restore Plumbing and Drain is by far the best plumbing company I have ever dealt with, and the only ones I call when we need a plumber!

We were referred to Restore Plumbing by a very good friend so we knew we were getting quality service. However we ended up getting the kind of service that makes you tell EVERYONE you know just how good of a company Restore Plumbing is. Our first service was to switch out the water shut offs in our basement. We ended up not only replacing the shut offs we replaced our whole house filter with a new water softener system. Our second service was to replace our current sump pump system. Jake listened to our concerns as we get a lot of water on our property and we needed a system that would keep up with what was coming in and maintain a dry basement. We discussed different options but his personal experience with a particular system in his own home made the decision easy. Now we have a properly installed 2 pump system that will keep up with the water flow and keep going even if the power goes out.nnWe’ve been very happy with Jake who has been out 4 times to our home; 2 estimates, and 2 service installs. He’s friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He doesn’t talk you into anything - he provided facts on different options and answered all of our questions and concerns. There was no “you have to decide NOW” kind of pressure.nnWe’ve felt so comfortable with the service and quality of work that we won’t call anyone else with future plumbing needs. In fact we have a master bathroom project coming up and already planning on using Restore Plumbing.

David called and showed up early in the agreed window. He was courteous and communicated well as he went about a tricky main drain clearing. He explained that he would need a more powerful drain auger for the job and returned to base to get it. He was back in a reasonable time and worked for quite a while sending the cutting blade down as far as the city sewer. The root problem was taken care of and he ran a camera carefully through the line to verify the condition of the 130 year old clay line. It checked out well. David was knowledgeable, efficient and got it all done without any fuss. The rates at restore are about typical. It's a tough dirty job for a Saturday afternoon and it was worth every penny to get it done right.

I was able to schedule an appointment with Restore Plumbing and Drain to have a broken water line repaired this morning. David G arrived within less than an hour after the appointment was scheduled. He introduced himself, and professionally diagnosed the problem. He explained the repair requirements, process, and cost, patiently answered all questions I had regarding the issue, and quickly resolved the issue. I was very grateful that Restore Plumbing and Drain was able to add me to their schedule so quickly, and even more thankful for the professionalism of David G. He’s an asset to the company. I highly recommend Restore Plumbing and Drain for all your plumbing needs.

Restore Plumbing is our go to plumbing company. Tom and his team have done an amazing job on all projects in our home. Dan R did our most recent work in our bathroom and we were very pleased with his work. All service people wear shoe coverings, masks, and follow all safety precautions one would be worried about during these times.
