Place wasn't open when we got there, at 11 am. Even tho online said it was open since early morning. I went inside to order and was completely ignored by the crew i stood there for a good 10 mins. I had to make my order on the machine they had inside (i went in because we went to thru the drive thru first and no one took our order).

Everytime I come in for lunch the food is always perfect and Hot, everytime your employee rigo I think is his name Greets me and takes my order he is always kind definitely recommend this taco bell

I live 4 blocks from taco bell in Elgin on summit. I have tried over and over, over years to just give this place another chance and I swear these terrible employees have never, not one time gotten my food right. I usually go back but it's cold and snowy and I just decided to 100% give up on this garbage taco bell. Other stores around are great but too far.

Only because i have to give them a star. Before i give a rating to any where i have been or eat ...... U try to go at least 3 times so i hive a fair review. That being said.nThis location for Taco Bell is horrible. It seems for them to get an order right is hard. They just seem to throw your food together. Presentation id horrible. I get home it's not what i ordered and tacos arr all smashed for that i should have just gotten nachos.(Not funny). Horrible just horrible service and food thrown together. I will give them one more chance before i say just go to the one in Hanover Park before coming to this one in Elgin. Not worth $14 and some change for a $5 box nacho and 3 tacos Supreme. Could have swore there. Was a deal on three tacos. Next time i come here will take pictures and post. If its the same bad service and meal i will leave this post up and new pictures.
