Today I had a cheeseburger that tasted so good it reminded me of when I moved up here from Virginia, and tasted a burger from this place 20 years ago. Tasted exactly ud83dudcafpercent the same!!!! I really cannot believe I gave 5 stars, but it took 20 years to earn it in my book. Great Job!!!! Open locations in Virginia... Fairfax County is where you will have success. God bless.

Lowering to one star. I love Portillos. I have for years. But two experiences in two weeks of Portillo's employees walking up to me in my car to take my order with their masks lowered below their noses is enough to prevent me from going back to Porillo's. The respect and trust is gone and I no longer feel safe eating at Porillo's. Seeing this behavior outside makes me concerned over how masks are handled inside.

This location has become a joke. Ignorant employees that can't do a simple job like take an order. Incredibly slow even when you order ahead you'll still wait 30+minutes for your food. Every time we order they get it wrong. Good luck contacting anyone. The people you can contact could care less about you or their job.nnTake your money elsewhere.

The food here is amazing, they cook your burgers to how you want them, they offer many variations of their food including the salads and desserts. I especially enjoy the eclair cake with it's soft texture and sweet taste. The service is quick and friendly with the staff always having a positive attitude the atmosphere with the many different decorations from the past combined with old music make Portillos a very welcoming place! I would definitely come back!
