Jerry was fantastic. Was very efficient and professional throughout. Did a great job explaining the overall process and worked quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend. We were able to book next day service for cleaning our Sectional. Dave showed up with mask and shoe covers on the earlier end of the time slot yesterday. We were informed he would be arriving via text. He examined the couch and gave us the cost, which happened to be more than initially expected per the phone conversation. That was more of a misunderstanding on my end, but they made it right and we followed through with the service. We are very happy with the result of the cleaning and deodorizing. Highly recommend.
Very happy with the entire process. I set up an appointment with an easy 5 minute call. When Brian arrived at my house he was over the top nice and professional. He had my entire duct system cleaned and sanitized within a couple hours with pictures to prove his work. Brian was a real professional and I will be recommending this company in the future.
So today i came home after 48 hours of getting my carpet cleaned (7 rooms) and I'm still seeing spots that he said he he can get up and also around my kitchen end board was not cleaned. So my trust is out the door. Don't get me wrong he was nice on time but the job wasn't done for me i see no difference at all so i wasted my money on something i could have done by myself. My carpet looked better before i moved here and i was expecting the samething but didn't.
