They ruined 4 dress shirts of mine then denied it. All 4 shirts were torn in the same exact spot! I've been going there for every week for 6 months & they would not even offer to help pay for what they did. They lost my business for good!
Brought 2 dresses in for Cleaning. One nice black short dress and one summer dress you can machine wash. But since I was packing for a trip and bringing the nice dress in I thought why not bring them both. The summer dress had a couple dirt spots. I go in and show them to the lady. She says ok fine. I go pick them up and ask if she got the stains out? She didn't even know there was stains!!! I look and they faded a little but were still there. She goes oh no looks like they didn't. A bit mad since I told her that's the only reason I brought it in. She then tells me it didn't come out because I machine washed it previously and didn't just bring it in?? Really??? She then charged me $22 something for them. You could at least discount the cleaning on that dress!!! Especially since you don't even clean it properly because you forgot there was stains. Never coming back here again!! Too expensive and not good Cleaning!
I took a leather vest in to have patches sewn on. We taped them in place got everything set. Came back amd none were correct and now have holes in my vest after correcting the patches. And expensive as well.
They do a great job and their prices are reasonable.
