Today my husband’s car was damaged at the wash. He asked for the business’ owner’s name and phone number and no one would provide it. He understands the store might not be responsible, but that’s for the insurance company to figure out. The person in charge is making that basic process difficult.nnMy husband has been using this wash for five years, I have not. I think it’s no better than a gas station wash.

The crew at Key West do a great job cleaning the inside and outside of my vehicle.
The guys at Key West Car Wash fit me into a last minute time slot on a Friday to get an 'Inside and Out' detail. The staff was courteous and friendly and assured me that the vehicle would be done in a few hours - they took my number and said they would call me when completed. As promised within a few hours I received the completed call. Upon arrival the manager walked me back to the detail stall, showed me the various areas of improvement (black scuff marks gone off the ext door panels!) and showed me areas that had significant build up and cleaned up perfectly. This was my first professional level detailing package that I have purchased from Key West though I have used their full service wash before and was happy. I would recommend this business and will use them again when needed.
I have used Key west numerous times for full detail work and they provide consistent, outstanding results. Go out of their way to make sure that I am fully satisfied and it is a very fair price on top of it all!
