My Spigot for the hose connection in my garage was leaking. I called ARS and they promptly came out same say to quote and were prepared to do the work. Tony did the work quickly and efficiently and was great to work with. He’s very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. Price was good too. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs!!
Terry called prior to arrival, arrived on time. Quickly assessed the issue and discussed all options. The leak was repaired. Terry returned the next morning, on time and installed a new toilet in about an hour. Everything was clean and not a drop of water anywhere to be found. He is knowledgeable, and friendly and takes the time necessary to explain options, advantages and benefits of same. Fantastic guy and great service.
Scott White was very professional and very informative explaining all the directions after he had installed my new hot water heater. He is very knowledgeable ! He did not try to push us into buying a new hot water tank but explained in detail of fixing or replacing the unit. He also explained when he took the tank out of the box and it is dented on the top he told me it is the shell and it won't be a problem.
