Any issue we've ever had Jeff from Viking has responded immediately to address our plumbing needs. He has come out that very day, sometimes with 20 minutes, and once was even on a Sunday. He does great work for a good price, explains things thoroughly and goes over all of your options with you. He has become our go-to for all plumbing concerns.
Promises, Promises, Promises. Don’t bother getting a quote, they’ll never show! They’ll keep coming up with excuses (I’m sick, I’m sick again, I have to go to the dentist, or the best one “I forgot I have another job”). because the other job probably pays more $$$$.
