I have house that is over 125 years old, so it takes some skill to do repairs. I had a leaking faucet and a running toilet. They had to search several suppliers to get my parts, but they did. The turn around time for the second visit was very quick.nThe phone staff and the plumber were very nice to work with, really seemed to care about being responsive. I will use them again. I have been searching for a reliable plumber, but though the previous ones I tried were nice enough, it was a very long process to schedule non-emergency work.
Tom was amazing! Prompt, knowledgable, and professional! He went out of his way to ensure that my issue was resolved before leaving. I have used the Scottish Plumber for the past few years whenever I need a plumber. They are amazing and I would absolutely suggest to anyone that needs a plumber!
