Stoyan and his team at ULB water proofing were fantastic. They provided an in person consultation with a detailed quote and answered all of our questions before we we forward. The day of the project, the team came on time, got the job done early, and cleaned up afterwards without leaving a mess. We had a few inquiries after the project and Stoyan did a great job jumping on the phone and answering our questions.nnGreat work and fantastic customer service by Stoyan and ULB waterproofing.

Extremely good service. Prompt, efficient, courteous and above all very competent. I had leakage in the basement walls of my house and they came out and fixed it. The cost was reasonable.

Incredible service. Had water against our house after every rain. They implemented a solution and we have not had a drop of water against our house since. They later replaced a faulty sump pump. Extremely professional and very reasonably priced. They also solved some water problems for our neighbors. Highly recommended!!

Great and honest service! Stoyan and his crew have completely updated all of my sump pumps and backup sump pumps in the basement for a reasonable price. Stoyan is very friendly and will accommodate the need of the customer. He is prompt with his service and does not pressure the customer. Stoyan went out of his way to call my home warranty company and help file the claim for my sump pump which helped me get a lot of the money reimbursed back for the job. In addition, Stoyan allowed for me to purchase my own backup Sump pump separate from his labor fee from Home Depot since I get a discount from Home Depot. This saved me a lot of money. Stoyan also gave a good recommendation of a good sump pump to purchase from Home Depot. Stoyan also went out of his way as a courtesy to check one of my spigots that was not working and fixed it. Great honest and friendly service with no pressure. He has my business for life.
