Chris was the technician that showed up to our house. Chris showed up within an hour of us contacting. He was a super cool guy. Professional and personable. He told us exactly what he was going to do and then did it quickly and resolved our issue. I will be referring him personally to anyone that has an issue in the future.
Midland is the best. I have been using them for 15+ years and never had a problem. George is the best, he's come over a few times and been friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. All the work is done right and at a great price. I also have to thank Karen, who is very accommodating with scheduling appointments around my hectic work schedule. This is the plumbing company to use.
George rescued my cat!! She was stuck in a wall in our basement for several hours. George came out immediately when called and safely removed her from the wall. She is now doing great and I'm so grateful for the amazing service and I highly recommend!
Mr. Benes was prompt, efficient, and professional. He was pleasant to work with and answered all my questions in very understandable terms to a layperson. I so appreciate his help and his ability to fix things quickly. He also was willing to to look at other issues and gave his opinion.
