Decker Carpet Cleaning Services had a short wait time for an appointment. Ryan was prompt, courteous, and very professional.There was a mix up regarding my first scheduled appointment but they called me immediately, rescheduled for the next day and discounted the price because of the mix up. I would highly recommend using their services to anyone.
This company is great! I called inquiring about stretching and cleaning only our family room. Pricing was very reasonable, and they came to my house the same day! I fully expected it might be a few days out, so was truly amazed that they squeezed me and made my day to get the job done so quickly! They communicated by email and text, confirmed the plan, and the tech reached out when he was enroute. The tech was awesome! He was very detailed, explained what was needed, provided progress updates, and the end result was awesome! They are a small business that take pride in what they do, and They are tremendous!
After cleaning my home and dealing with their strict rules on clearing it came time to get my carpet cleaned. I reviewed a few businesses but was given the best quote for 3 rooms, a hall, and stairs. To match that quote my carpet was cleaned beyond my expectations and within a reasonable time frame. I would definitely recommend Decker Carpet Cleaning Services services 2 any soldier or civilian needing their carpet cleaned.
We are very happy with Decker Carpet Cleaning Services! The woman who quoted me over the phone was super nice and helpful! She was even able to squeeze me in the next day, living up to their name! The technician showed up on time and was very professional and thorough! Our carpets look amazing and he was even able to get out a stubborn milk stain from one of our barstools. They were fairly priced and did quality work. I highly recommend it!
Great service!!! Honestly, I booked in short notice and they showed up early on a Saturday of a holiday weekend. Noah was very polite, efficient, and most of all trustworthy. Great job guys, its nice to see quality work with a very affordable price. Keep up the good work. I will definitely be using Decker Carpet Cleaning Services again.
