They were VERY thorough. First, taking the time to review their services and make recommendations. As a doctor, there were specific things we did not want, such as any sanitizing chemicals in our duct work. They never attempted to convince otherwise. That is important. There are other companies that have worked with my patients that attempted to convince them of services they did not require nor were beneficial for their health. In short, I highly recommend Top Notch Restoration!
The team was very professional and friendly. Did a good job of describing and showing what the duct cleaning was and how they did the work. They inspected the heat vents and return vents. They gave a detailed cost, not just a quote. Broke down the varies cost and the customer then decided what they wanted done. I would definitely recommend and use again.
They did a wonderful job on the furniture. Was in our for three hours. The vents were never cleaned. I was amazed at all the dust and dirt in our vents. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants professional services. Prompt arrival. Clean up after they were done with the jobs.
