Horrible experience! Most of the machines are janky and don’t work properly! I had to re wash my load three times because the machine was not rinsing and draining the clothes they we’re sopping wet I told the attendant And she was not willing to do anything about it nor did she want to comp any of the times I had to switch the load to a different machine to get them to drain properly nor did she place an out of order sign to warn others of the faulty machines that’s not how you run a business I will not be washing her ever again!
First time there. Loved the place only attendant would not cash dollar back the annoying dollar coins the machines use and come out of the change machine. Very clean place very pleased
The place is clean but the attendant on Tuesday is more concern on gossiping on her cell phone. The washer I used was not working properly and didn't wash my clothes so I had to spend more money on another washer. I told the attendant and she said she couldn't do anything about it. I would of been satisfied with a simple I'm sorry but she chose to be on her phone. I do not recommend this place at all. The attendants are concern to gossip on their cell phones rather than customer service. The owner wouldn't even return my call. I suggest for people to take their service somewhere else. This place is VERY RUDE.
First & last time I wash here. Came here at 1:30 pm on a Thursday. The lady who works here has a terrible attitude. Not friendly at all. Acts like she’s doing you a favor or something. Place isn’t even thaaat great. Dryers suck, not recommended !!!!!
