Heather was great! I had a screw that was not ordinary. She sized up my old one and found me a dozen. Thank you Heather.
Was looking for some loose cross screws for a table and the staff was able to help out immediately. The big box stores like Home Depot and Lowes would not have these in stock so it pays to not only shop local but to help out smaller hardware stores which are more personalized and friendlier. I will be coming back for future hardware needs.
Close to home, friendly and helpful staff and I believe in shopping locally when possible. Have a little bit of everything important for my needs
Brian is really solid. He spent a lot of time understanding our dilemma and helping us figure out the best solution. And, it worked!
Stopped in the first week of december. The store was significantly over capacity and when I approached the register the cashier was not even wearing a mask, it was hanging around a single ear. When I asked her to put it on she rolled her eyes at me and responds “oh have mercy” and proceeds to hold her mask over her face. As soon as I finish paying and walk away from the register she took it off again.nnThis is completely disrespectful to customers and a disservice to the community.
