The redesign of the 211 station is great!...however the people leave it nasty at times.
It’s okay.
The station could be cleaner; sometimes it smells like urine or vomit, and there’s garbage all over the floor. Metra does send people out to keep it clean, but they could stand to do it a bit more often.
Worst EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!! We were on time for our 11:47 sunday train, and the train made no stop whatsoever!! We are a group of 18 heading to an event downtown and made us late and had to do other alternative which threw us off schedule. They do not honor their times and was very unconvinient for us.
