The day they were suppose to come out never showed up. After 2 hrs late I called and by 3 in the afternoon they said they could come out that day. I asked if they could come out the next day instead and because it was a Friday they said they could not come out until 8 days later. Then all of a sudden they could not get the hot water until three days later. Because of my work schedule it could not be done for another week. When I called to verify they were coming out when scheduled I asked for a discount and was told they couldn't do that because they couldn't get the heater and it wasn't their fault. They told me they had the heater and when I said that wasn't what I was told she said that she would cancel the whole thing and hung up on me. Very rude and unprofessional. Didn't seem like the right hand know what the left hand was doing
The plumber figured out a mysterious clog that was the result of a poorly done remodel job. He was very patient and figured it out. He was also on time and friendly. I'll definitely call them again!
