I paid $15 for a 5pound bag then the lady calls me on my cellphone 11pm at night asking me why didn't I pay I told her I paid the gentlemen in the Laundromat she then says he said I didn't pay so I'm furious by then I told her how could I not pay when he gave me a receipt that I paid by then I asked her what is her boss name then she gotten scared and start to apologize. Anyone who goes to this establishment be very careful.
Lot of dryers don't close. Baskets don't move. The place needs an update ASAP!!
I wash here all the time because they have big washers and I can wash two loads at a time.A whole lot better then what my apartment has one little washer and a dryer that doesn't dry your clothes.
I like going on Sunday morning when they open up and I'm out by 8am or so. Staff is friendly. Just need all washers working.
I'm at this laundry both my machines started at the Same rime. One still has not filled up. The attendant say no refund. The police was called as I was not the only person needing a refund. The police called the manager and we got our refund. Now it has a new owner I believe.
