Not too crowded. It was clean & supplies were available for customer use. The attendant was pleasant. She was very stern with customers regarding closing time. The signage says last load has to be in machine by 9p. She said the time was 8p & didn't allow new customers to enter. Simple fix: CHANGE THE SIGN PEOPLE! Eliminate disagreements!
Generally no problems but last time I was there the large washer failed to start and attendant refused to help. I had to switch washers and start over. Used to be better and more helpful attendant.
DO NOT COME HERE, THE PEOPLE STEAL! Every time I've come here someone has stolen something from me. The workers are unprofessional. The dryers are barely hot. I only come for convenience, but it's not worth it anymore.
The young lady in tonight was rather prejudice while I was washing my clothing....she also seemed as though she was threatened by my presence.... She has gone totally beyond my humanity tonight and I truly think she needs psychological help...she shouldn't be working in an establishment such as this that deal with people that are in the establishment for the sake of washing my clothing.
The facility washers are ok but the dryers burn the clothes no matter what temp you set it at. My main problem is the staff are the most ignorant and lazy people I've ever dealt with. They completely Make up their own hours. Last wash is 9pm yet there's been at least a dozen times I've gotten there at 745, 800 or 815 and the Hispanic women working refused to unlock the doors. When I say the door says 9pm I'm told oh well.
