Terminal 3 Station

Currently at OHare airport and was so keen on trying the yoga room! When I got there, a couple of travelers were occupying the whole place sleeping on the mats. My 4 hours layover would've been a better experience if the facilities were accessible.

More outlets are definitely needed, got through security so fast I have two and a half hours to wait before my flight, not complaining. Enjoyed looking at the urban garden. Interesting this airport has absolutely no smoking lounges and I wasn't aware of that when I came in. You can leave and go back through security again if you really want to satisfy a nicotine craving. Other airports I've visited usually have at least one designated smoking room. Plenty of bathrooms.

The handels on the rental carts are broken and it tipped over cutting my hand so bad the EMT had to come and Police. Missed my flight because of it until the following day. No compensation for a hotel.

When I was using eastern airline, Rosalina.R helped me check in bags and save a couple hundreds dollars!! Awesome!!!

Get with the times, update the nasty bathrooms, offer free wifi (for more than 30 mins), put power outlets at each gate. There has been a focus on retail offerings but none on visitor experience and amenities. Its dumpy in general. Carpets worn, old outfitted airline gates, dirty.
