This place has definitely gone down in quality over the years and I guess the management is fully aware of that. The only reason for such a neglect I can think of is that they are becoming ever more greedy. Price-increase happens every once a while, whereas the tenants get nothing in return. The place is infested with mice and roaches. Once the thing is broken, it takes forever to get that fixed.

Rental hall very nice..Not cleaned from night before,unisex bathroom dirty and no paper supplies,. Nice kitchen...no trash bags, pizza boxes left in fridge. Failure to communicate was the issue. Venue started an hour late.

Way too expensive for what these apartments are. You’ll likely have roaches and mice, and a daily smell of urine in the elevators and halls. People are always stealing your packages and management won’t install cameras. The view is fine but you’re also right above a water treatment facility which can’t be safe sanitary or healthy (smells like sewage every time it rains).

We have lived here for +5 years. The location is convenient to all shopping, Grocery stores and Expressway. Love my newly renovated apartment.Management has been very helpful with concerns question or any issues.

+ rent payable by check or automatically onlinen+ GORGEOUS view from every apartmentn+ 8 min drive to campus / 15 min bike ride / 20 min bus riden+ neighbors are mostly quietn+ every maintenance request has been fulfilled within the weekn+ parking always available for renters & guestsn+ small gym open 24/7n- pool has been closed for yearsn- stairwells are SKETCHY & gross: spit on the ground, empty bottles laying around, garbage & wrappers, sometimes smells like urinen- outsides of the apartments are not well kept, but the insides aren- very small kitchen, it’s hard to fit 2 people in itn- tub looks like a murder scene; someone painted the inside of the tub so it collects dirt, walls are stained, plastic paneling is coming down
