I have been going to Soo for years and have always been happy with their services until recently. After having my shirts dry cleaned I came home to find a large, what looked like an industrial burn hole, through the sleeve of my white shirt.nnAfter going back to Soo to bring this too their attention, the owner adamantly denied any wrong doing and insisted this must have been done somewhere else (even with the dry cleaning tag still on the shirt). She stated that they “clean over 300 shirts a day and their is no way they could of done this.nnBeware that Soo will not stand behind their services (read other reviews) and will not take accountability for their errors.nnTake your dry cleaning to one of the 3 other stores within walking distance.

I brought a pair of uniform pants ( Woman ) to Soo Cleaners to have a zipper replaced. They were an extra pair so I did not notice at the time but when I tried to use pants I found that they replaced the zipper with a pull tab big enough for a Man’s winter ski jacket. The pants could not be worn.nWhen I brought the pants back I spoke to a woman named Catherine. She said she would not correct their mistake because they couldn’t possibly have done the work. They checked their computer and found that the work had been done by them. Catherine still refused to correct the mistake.nDuring the time I was talking to Catherine she had a bad attitude and it became worse when they found, in the computer, that they had done the repair.nI have been bringing my clothes to Soo for over 9 years for cleaning, alterations and repairs.nNever again.
