Shop local. I wanted to give this place a try to support them as a local business of Des Plaines - Especially after reading some of the (more negative) older reviews. I took a pair of dress pants to get hemmed and dry cleaned, along with 2 dress shirts. The hemming looks great and so does the dry cleaning - they even got a stain out without me mentioning it. Also, the couple that runs this place are polite, good folks.nnBudget friendly, convenient, and great work.

I brought in my suite to be dry cleaned for my interview and to do some suit pants alteration to let out at the waist. The lady there did exactly I instructed her to do and the suit was dry cleaned perfectly with no wrinkles. I asked her if she give me some discount and she did. make sure to ask for a discount! I'm brining my leather jacket soon to fix some damage

when I first stepped in I loved it looked old place but kind of nice atmosphere, also elderly couple running business so I decided to support local business and let them clean two of my dress shirts and one for my brother for my wedding coming in two days. When picking up I noticed that one of the shirt had a stain spots on left side but other two were okay that's when everything turn into disaster. When I address the issue they got really annoyed as it was my fault but I did not make big deal because things happen so they said to come back by the end of the day while they take care of the problem.I went back to pick it up and I see that shirts has exact same stains no change they have not even touched it. Guess what they said?! They blamed me back that brand new shirt was already stained and secondly and most insulting that they told me was not to worry because I had second shirt so I can use other one. I was shocked, basically they said yes We screwed up but we don't care you have shirts so use the other one. I don't even know how to describe feeling when they told me such a great solution in their opinion. I'm not saying not to go this place you do whatever you want I'm just sharing story of mine with hope that other people don't experience the same thing.

Being that I never went to a cleaners before I was really hesitant to go to one, but it had been a year since the peacoat that I have bought was clean. I took it to this plate where the worker was very kind to me. When I returned two days later, it was in better condition than it was previously and again the employees were very nice to me. It was a little expensive to me but the way the peacoat looks now it was worth it.

They simply ruined all my clothes !!! It was my first and my last time. I have to dump my clothes straight in the garbage. The people running this Dry cleaning service are some Asian individuals that speak almost NO English and they have NO idea what they're doing - STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS JERKS !!!
