Recently started to shop here. I regret ever spending my money at different, larger stores! This place has the most knowledgeable and professional staff I ever dealt with!
The store is smaller than others. There are more knowledgeable workers than other hardware stores. Often you can get immediate help from a worker because they are well staffed.
Always a great place to go and the staff is very friendly and helpful, no matter what the strange request is.
I always receive excellent customer service at the Park Ridge location. On 9/3 Jose helped me pick up some extra paint to finish some projects and assisted me in picking a sample color for my next project. He was great, offered great advice, helped me figure out exactly what I needed and turned an errand that I was not looking forward to into a really great experience! Great people, great service. I'll definitely be back.
This may possibly be the most well lit, organized, cleanest, and largest ACE hardware store I have been to in a very long time. Had a few hard to find water heater parts I needed in stock and pleasant staff.
