I was not, and am not a huge fan of the big box stores that came in and practically shut down small businesses owners.nHere , I get hands on cordial and professional help I don't have to hunt for. Each time I faced an issue of a part not being in stock - Ace would check to see if it still showed available in their system and would order it for me ( the very few times the part I was looking for was not in stock ) .
A decent place to find about anything hardware/plumbing related. Had good drain cleaner & gunk removers from pipes.
The guy who helped put 50lb.bag of salt in my car was friendly and very helpful. The cashier acted as if she needed etra caffeine. Monotone when answering my questions. Youth? Maybe, but may need training in customer service.
This Ace is definitely the place with the helpful hardware family. In a panic because i had to get a car key copied. Was quoted up to$250 which did not include programming. Purchased my key made an appointment to have it programed, I was late, walked in no fuss, drove off spending under $100.nThis Ace is now my place.
The customer service was super friendly and easy to find. They helped me find everything that was available. and was willing to order the things that were not.
