I was very pleasantly surprised to receive outstanding customer service at this store (in which I had never been before). I walked in Tuesday morning needing an auto bulb and immediately received a friendly greeting by a customer service person who directed me to the appropriate aisle. When I reached the aisle another employee immediately graciously helped me find what I needed. Checking out was quick. All employees I encountered were very nice, friendly and willing to help.
An employee named Bob who was working in the tub/shower dept tonight was knowledgeable, helpful and very kind to me. He took the time to explain things and help me choose everything I needed to redo my shower.nMenard's is lucky to have him and I was blessed to choose him to help me!nThank you, Bob...and Menard's!!
This place is great so far. We have placed a couple lumber orders twice and always receive a quick call to setup appointments. Their cedar seems to be better quality after going to a couple of other big box stores. I have bought a Delta job site saw that has been great so far. Lots of products that are readily available compared to other stores and lots of options. Their lumber in general is impressive. They don’t carry a lot of brand name tools though like Dewalt etc. Another negative is no military/veteran or even a volume discount that could have helped us saved a little more money. All the sales associates we have encounter are nice and helpful.
Well if you didn't have to wait so long for your material it would have been a great experience but it takes an hour to just get drywall you got to walk all the way to the back of the store walk all the way to the front then drive around the back it takes an hour would you go to home Depot and Lowe's I had so much quicker they need to change their policy
They have a lot of stock...almost anything you'd want. The drawback is how huge it is. You could wander around for hours. I usually take their ad with me, find an associate and have them tell me where the item I want are. They are very helpful & sometimes will take me around & show me where the items are.
