A great neighborhood. Professional staff. If you have any maintenance issues they respond quickly. Nice pool. Beautiful property with nice sidewalks to take in the scenery including ponds and overlooks of the Ohio River. Good school district.

I just moved from The Lofts a couple of weeks ago and it’s a peaceful, beautiful place to live. Management is awesome and if I ever decide to move back to the area, I’ll go back in a heartbeat ud83dudc97

Very nice renovated apartments.. clean streets, parks.. beautiful landscapes... and good management, maintenance.

The Lofts Apartments used to be an upscale place to rent from in Villa Hills. In the last year I have my doubts. I feel like I’m living in the slums & a drug deal is just a handshake in passing. All that I witness while simply trying to take my elderly dog for a walk. I’m embarrassed to tell my friends that I live hear. My closest neighbors barely have one running car to share among them & I refuse to park my car near them.

Had to click a star otherwise wouldn't . Only thing nice to the ears is location otherwise with so many units why not have professional maintenance team then a one handy man this should tell anyone to think twice before making a big move here, please warning before the storm, better off living in the projects!!!!! Treat people the way you and your family want to be treated when it comes to living and laying your heads then just being money hungry with greed many will answer to God.nYes beautiful area and quiet zone not top notch because they are locate in Villa Hill SLUM LORDS!!!!
