The staff here are phenomenally polite and make you feel like you just made the best choice of your life (even though the toilet will be telling you different later on). The food is well prepared. They obviously care about pleasing the people who come through.
well I will say the last 2 times havent been very good. But usually it's good .
Love this Taco Bell in Pontoon Beach! The staff are always friendly. Most of the ones that work the drive through are very polite as well as a few can be extremely funny with small talk. They follow covid protocols, so I always feel safe getting food here.
As far as Taco Bell's go, this is a good one. Fast service, the staff is friendly, and I've never had an order messed up at this location.
For starters they got my order wrong then when i took it back they gave me the same order the chips look like its the bottom of the bag. Never seen a nacho belle grande look so horrible. They could take lesson from your store by Worldwide Technology race track in Madison IL.
