‘This was our families third experience with Tina (and Janet) having sold 2 homes and bought 1. Tina is a dream to work with! Very knowledgeable about the Cincinnati market giving honest advice and sharing her wisdom. She took the time to answer all questions, from in and out of town family members. Her guidance is invaluable. Her networking amazing! The house was under contract within 1 day!

This is my second time working with Paula and Tina. They do a great job walking you through the process of both buying and selling a house. They did a great job in making sure we took the steps to get the most money for our house and the buying process was very smooth on the new house. Highly recommend and are really awesome to work with especially if you are a first time home buyer.

We are so fortunate to have found Beth Yeary! My husband and I both agreed we wanted to buy a new home and sell our current. However, we could not agree on what we wanted and how much we wanted to spend. Beth played mediator and was able to find common ground about what we were both proposing we wanted. She's looking out for our best interest to ensure we find the best house for our family!

We worked with Beth to find and buy a home in Northern Kentucky. Even though we were moving from out of state, we were relatively familiar with the area. Nevertheless, Beth treated us like she would any relocation and showed us different areas of Northern Kentucky and the Cincinnati area to look in and provided us with any information we requested on the areas. She even showed us houses that she probably knew we weren't going to buy, just because we asked to see them. During the home buying process, she advocated for us, and helped us through the whole process as it was a bit different than what we were used to from our previous purchase. We love our home and highly recommend Kemba Realty!

Working with Beth has been a dream! Being a buyer from out of state, we needed a realtor that is very knowledgeable about both KY and OH properties, patient and flexible. Beth is all this and more! She has our best interest at heart and worked very hard to find us the perfect home! We would never use another realtor!
