Great place to live. My Aunt lived here for 32 years alone. It was always quiet, safe and the staff was so compassionate to her when she became ill. Maintenance always fixed any issue quickly. I would highly recommend.

Regular rental con artist.Take your application fee and then come up with bogus reasons as to why you didnt get approved.

DON'T RENT FROM HERE. THEIR MANAGEMENT PREFERS YOU CALL THE COPS ON THEIR TENANTS THEN DEAL WITH ISSUES!!! FAIR WARNING!! OUR ISSUE IS EASILY RESOLVABLE BUT THE MANAGER TOLD US JUST TO CALL THE COPS, THEY DON'T WANT TO DEAL WITH IT!! We've also complained about broken glass on their sidewalks numerous times. They get rude and nasty and don't clean it. Kids walk right by there going to school. People walk their dogs through there. Clean up your property. Nothing but trash.

The grounds are always filthy and never cleaned up until the wind blows the trash throughout Delhi.

Do not move here! Save yourself the headache. Office staff are rude and story tellers! The apartments are infested with roaches and mice! Moved out and left the apartment clean they could've moved someone right in. They still took my deposit and said I owed more. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!! Horrible horrible horrible!
