Best Western Saluki Inn

There was an extreme mixup with my reservation at the Best Western Saluki Inn caused by a third party booking company. The manager and his staff at the hotel more than made up for the issue regardless they were not the cause of it. They went over and above to make sure my stay was comfortable. They were extremely friendly and very professional, I was impressed. I really appreciated the cleanliness of the room and though it was 14 degrees outside I walked into a nice warm room. I have stayed at some hotels where you need to keep your jacket on until your room warms up but not here. I would definitely recommend the stay here, the bed was a little firm for my taste yet I have no complaints.

My family and I Have been here the past 5 nights! Its been awesome great service and super clean and quiet! The hotel staff was friendly and took great care of my family! My two toddlers had a blast and loved seeing the staff every day! I will definitely be returning to this hotel for future visits! I highly recommend staying here if you have kids and want a quiet experience!

Never got a room key. All of our stuff ended up locked in the room overnight and we slept in the car. There were no employees there for 6 hours. After one showed up we left with our things after they let us in.. 45 days later, They charge my credit card another 101 for a room I never got to stay in and then a random 225 fee. They also have no explanation as to why. I don't smoke or drink and was only in the room for maybe 10 mins total. This is not yet resolved and I will remove this review and replace it with a review that explains how great they handled my problem. As soon as they handle my problem. Account is now -$5 for the weekend. Thanks Best Western Saluki inn. Thanks for stealing my weekend and my money. UPDATE: THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING TO RETURN MY MONEY

Staff was very nice. Building is nice and clean. Room rates are reasonable. The only bad thing the pool and fitness areas were closed.

Great experience and wonderful service! Would highly recommend and definitely will be staying again. Ask for Jay if he's available and I promise u will be a happy guest!
