Was a nice time. The rooms were clean. Staff very pleasant and accommodating. The pool was closed as well as the buffet. That sucked otherwise the stay was pleasant. The machines in the casino didn't pay out very well for me. I guess I just chose the wrong machines!
This casino needs to be shut down. There are so many better casinos I would drive hours away to play at. They are very backwards in terms of video recording of machines. This has no impact on the game play and patrons faces are kept out of the video as well. So this casino will fall under soon be it because of Covid or because people go to a casino that takes care of its grounds and is more modern-minded.
Had the same room as last month we told hotel manager then how bad it was. NOW same room and in a month they never cleaned these! Also if your celiac there is nothing for you to eat and you have to bring in your own food. Slots are extremely tight. Hopefully the new owners can turn this place around. Used to be a great place and fun..not so much anymore...
Great covid protocols, fun machines, and all around good service. Except for 1 lady at the members club desk, who didnt seem like she knew what she was doing and was visually stressed out. They could have spared some extra help to alleviate the stress that was clearly building up. Other than that, wonderful establishment, i will be going back!
I didn't win. But I'll be back. So. Ya know. I guess it's ok? My fault really. It's clean, smells fine. Friendly staff. So that's all good. Good variety of machines. Some seizure inducing. Some not.
