Decent Casino, at some level it is not realistc to judge a casino on winning or losing, rather your experiences. Hollywood Joliet is clean, modern, and staff is friendly. Hotel only. Pretty sure this is an isolated incident, but room 201 was just not a good room to stay in. Whenever the room above uses the bathroom, shower, or the sink, a very loud ticking sound begins. It sounds like someone holding a stick to the wall lifting the end to slap it against the wall. This happened all night. The upstairs room used this all night, so obviously couldn't sleep. Request a different room if you get 201.

Great its finally opened. Not enough winning for me.. I still enjoy coming here though
