I and my boyfriend went together to redeem our free play. He had $20 & I had $10 in free slot play.nWithin the first 10-15 minutes of being there, we had spent through free play.nWe were able to use our rewards cards to spend our food credit of $10 each at 99 Hops House.nFood was pretty good. It was not anything to write home about but none the less, we did play for a short time(very short time) & enjoyed a meal out together.nThank you Argosy Casino staff. As always the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

I am only giving 1 star because I have no choice.. Just a cluster.. Harldy any casino attendants on the floor. The only thing I will say is that the security guards at the entrance and in the casino were absolutely amazing. Very upbeat, welcoming and friendly.

Always love the atmosphere and the people! The slots are loose and the drinks are good. It is not too many people either most nights so it is not usually crowded.

They need to update the casino and make the pay outs better.

My grandmother and mother has always been so loyal to Alton Belle for them to deny them to use the phone to get a ride home because my mother forgot her cell phone at home made them wait out in the rain till a nice lady let them use her phone to call and get a ride not very friendly and customer service was rude!!!
