Harrah's Metropolis

Normally businesses who respond give the ability to contact them other then listing it out for everyone on Google to see, but here are my suggestions. First, especially in the suites I would make sure that all wallpaper is not peeling and offer coffee that you don't have to ask for. Second, I would update the machines, they are very old. Third, I would add more card games like black jack. Fourth, if people are going to go through all of the trouble of joining your rewards program you should give them a reward when they are new guests, gamblers, and rewards program members all at once instead of maybe I might have gotten a discount in the gift shop 48 hours after I signed up which isn't great for travelers.

Dirty Hotel stains on the floor staff is great, but the place needs to be renovated.

Very good customer service, all the staff was very friendly, answered all questions, rooms very clean, roomy. Casino floor was well maintained and casino staff was great. No problem with parking either. Great fun, payback on machines was good too. My personal experience was no complaints at all.

Every restaurant in the place is only open Thursday through Saturday, the girl at the desk was great, all of the other employees are possibly auditioning for parts on Fear the Walking Dead. The room was fair, but I guess for the price I shouldn't complain. Very limited game choices and the machines are tight. On the bright side, we did identify a place that we won't have to work into future itineraries.

Needs more options to bring your family while you gamble. Even a tram system to see Superman. Water park. Putt putt golf. Video game room for kids. Needs a few more restaurants and stores. Time to upgrade neighborhood.
