Pros: off street parking, affordable, secure entry.nCons: aging wiring: 2 prong non grounded electrical outlets, 20yr old coax (cable) dual line, phone lines must be that old as well.

Very good apartments, management is very nice and helpful. She makes a great job. Highly recommended. Lived there more than a year and first choice to recommend my friends looking for a nice and affordable apartment. Conveniently located to Cincinnati, airport, grocery, shopping, and restaurants. Whatelse does a person need?

I live here, and I can tell you that the staff and landlord here all work hard to make sure their tenants stay happy.
